Helle Utvaer Knife
The Helle Utvaer is named after the chain of islands which open into the north sea, which the Norwegian sagas tell was a meeting place for Viking warriors to gather, and sharpen their swords and knives on the rocks - which still bear the marks to this day.
The Utvaer is a full tang knife with a mid-sized handle, a wide blade and a swept belly, making it excellent for skinning, hunting, bushcraft or general outdoor use, and features a 3mm blade of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel.
