The Savotta Jaakari M aluminum frame can be simply slipped into the frame sheet compartment of any Jaakari M pack for extra support and rigidity when carrying heavy loads.
A lightweight and durable, tubular aluminum frame designed to give the Jaakari M extra support and rigidity when carrying heavier loads. The design is essentially the same as what you would find in the Jaakari L support (which was designed for the Finnish Boarder Guard in the 1980's). Installation and removal is exceptionally easy- simply slide the frame into the frame sheet compartment, while keeping the plastic frame sheet on the same side as your body.
