Carbontrail 12 Adventure Cookset

Designed for the backcountry and cooking over an open fire, as well as for use at home or at camp over a barbecue, camp stove, or kitchen stove, the Carbontrail 12 carbon steel cookset is a modular, mid-weight set of pots and pans that provides versatile cooking options. Fry eggs for breakfast, rehydrate and serve chili for a group, smoke freshly caught trout with a side of steamed vegetables, or even bake bread or bannock with ease.

The ingenious nesting design includes a frypan and larger wok- style pot (which helps keep the pot stable on uneven coals ), that allows for steaming, baking and smoking in addition to frying and boiling. Carbon steel was chosed for its outstanding properties: even heat distribution, durability, and natural non-stick qualities, combining the best qualities of cast iron (without the weight), and the packability of camp cookware. The wok, pan, lid, & rigid removable handles pack neatly into an included durable cordura pouch, and features pockets for cooking accessories and extra space for plates and utensils.
