The Trangia Moment Outdoor Cookbook is a collaboration with local Swedish outdoor chefs Nathalie Spjälle and Eric Tornblad. Divided into 3 parts (Brunch, Dinner and Snacks), it has meals to suit everyone from meat eaters to the gluten intolerant and vegans, and ideas for elevating your outdoor offerings.
