Tarps allow respite from a wind whipping in off the lake. Tarps provide shade when a hot sun is beating down on a muggy August afternoon. Tarps really are an indispensable piece of kit for spending time and staying comfortable outdoors. Our tarps are made in Northern Minnesota, USA from either 1.1 or 1.9 oz ripstop nylon - so they’re made to last and perform in all types of conditions and Canadian weather.

1.1oz Silnylon Tundra Tarp w Quad LoopThe CCS 1.1oz Silnylon Tundra Tarp is constructed from 1.1oz silicon coated nylon; making them very light weight without sacrificing strength, and like all CCS tarps, are designed to give you maximum flexibility for setting up in many configurations, at any campsite you may find yourself in. Made in the USA.

Bushman Thermo Tarp The Bushmen Thermo tarp is constructed from triple stitched lightweight, waterproof, breathable ripstop polyester, and features a reflective layer that both cuts UV radiation (UPF 50+) to protect from the sun in hot weather, and reflects heat (body heat, fires) in cold weather. Can also be used as a hammock or thermal blanket in emergency situations. Made in Poland.

Great for hikers, solo canoeist and campers, the Bushmen Ultralight tarp packs up small and light - coming in at one pound (480g). Made in Poland.
Exped Poncho TarpThis lightweight, multi-purpose ripstop nylon poncho is constructed from 40 denier polyurethane impregnated ripstop nylon, and offers rain protection for you and your pack. The edges are fitted with snaps to allow for closing and venting, it has a detachable waist string for windy conditions, as well as 10 tie out loops so it can be used as a tarp.
