Wood Slide Attachment For Bushbox Stoves

The Bushbox Wood Slide is designed to ease and enhance keeping fires running with sufficient fuel for cooking, by allowing stacked wood to slide into the burn chamber as existing fuel burns down. The Wood Slide is easily inserted through the fuel window at a slight angle and then positioned horizontally with an adjustable angle of inclination: allowing for longer pieces of wood with a steeper angle (shorter chain) by ensuring the wood slides easily into the Bushbox, while the Bushbox remains stable, preventing accidental tipping.

The Wood Slide can also functions as a small platform (when hung horizontally) to keep your drink warm.

Caution: The chain is designed to withstand high temperatures, even when hanging in the combustion chamber. However, never touch it with bare hands when hot. Always wear gloves. Note: Occasionally, you may need to manually nudge the wood further in to ensure it burns evenly and does not accidentally ignite outside the Bushbox.
