Helle Mandra Neck Knife

The Helle Mandra Neck Knife is another collaboration between Helle of Norway, and "Survivorman" Les Stroud - this time inspired by the Carpathian Mountains in Romania during filming of Survivorman.

The Helle Mandra is designed to be worn either as a neck knife, or on your hip, as the sheath does have a belt loop.

Helle's Mandra Neck Knife is now available in two versions: the original Mandra, which features a stout, full bellied, full tang blade, that uses Helle's triple laminated stainless steel with a traditional Scandinavian grind (great for multi-purpose use: processing game birds, skinning small game, making feather sticks or wood carving and whittling, or any other similar outdoor tasks), or the new Mandra FG model, which sports 12C27 stainless steel with a flat ground edge, and a thinner blade profile (excellent at slicing - so great for meal prep, collecting mushrooms, or skinning, or processing game) that also has a slightly wider handle.

The handle of the Helle Mandra is made from curly birch.
