Don Tryon at Purcell Trench has been hand making his lightweight campfire grills in the Pacific Northwest of the USA since 1993. Purcell Trench grills are tungsten inert gas (TIG) welded of thin wall, made in the USA titanium or stainless steel tubing and expanded, flattened stainless sheet steel, and include a tough nylon carrying bag also made by craftspeople in the Pacific Northwest.
Purcell Trench Gills come in regular (tubed) versions, or Streamside (lattice) versions, and are perfect for pots, kettles, frypans, fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. Very lightweight yet strong and durable, they cool down quickly after use.
These high quality, crafted grills are made to last, and are highly sought after by canoeists, hikers, hunters, and outdoor people the world over.
